Do you have a organization that are you looking for a way to raise funds? Like your Church, School, Boy Scout Troop, Girl Scouts Troop, Little League, or other organiztion. Let Rob's Treasure Chest help you with your Fundraiser Event.
 
How The Program Works
 
  1. RobsTreasureChest provides all catalogs and order forms at low cost to you.
  2. Your Organization supplies each representative with a catalog and order form
  3. Representatives show the catalogs To Family & Friends and take orders and payment.
  4. All payment goes to your Organization

Fulfilling The Orders:

 

  1. All orders consolidated and presented to Robs Treasure Chest, along with 60% of proceeds to cover the cost of the Merchandise & Shipping cost of your orders.
  2. Robs Treasure Chest will then fills the orders for you.( Please allow 10 working days)
  3. Rob’s Treasure Chest will ship all the orders to your Organization.
  4. Your Organization can then handles distribution of the merchandise to the donors.

Fundraiser sample

 

For the purpose of the sample let say you coach a little league Baseball team. You would like to raise some funds for equipment and unforms for the team. You would order catalogs, order forms and envelopes for the whole team. Let say you have 15  children on the team. You would like to order 20 catalogs, a pack of order forms, and a pack of envelopes that way you have few extra catalogs if needed. You decide to use the Big Value catalog because everthing is $19.95 or less in the catalog. You would order your catalogs , order forms, and envelopes.

 

  • 20 Big Value Catalogs = $30.00
  • Pack of fundraiser order forms = $2.50
  • Pack of Fundraiser envelopes = $3.50

 

When you catalogs and other supply come in you then give them to your team to take home and sell items to their family and friends. Remember all checks or money is made out to your orginzation and you can run your fundraiser event as long as you like. Let say after 2 weeks your team raise a total of $2,658.90 from the sales of the fundraising event.

 

  • You would keep 50% of the funds for your team which would be $1,329.45
  • You would then use a blank order form and consolidated all the orders on one or two forms if needed , along with the other share of funds to Rob's Treasure Chest at 223 Yesler Way #605 Seattle Wa 98104
  • Rob's Treasure Chest will then take the $1,329.45 that is left over to cover the cost of all the orders and ship the orders back to you.
  • When you recieve the order check to make sure all the items are there using the order forms from the Fundraising event.
  • Then you or your team member can deliver the orders and personally thank the customers for their help in your fundraising event.
